An avid German Shepherd lover for over 30 years, Linda Fahringer Peluso is bringing back Von Fahringer Shepherds, circa 2002 (see “Our Pedigree” below).
Re-starting her breeding program with two granddaughters of VA1 Usher aus der Brunnenstrasse, a 2X World Sieger, Linda is committed to breeding world class Shepherds with outstanding temperaments. Our dogs will superbly fill any role you may have for them.
Our pedigree
It all started 20+ years ago with a dream. My first 2 shepherds were adult rescues, one had severe hip dysplasia, the other was an extreme fear biter (that several in-home trainers could not help). Next, I purchased a “purebred” Shepherd puppy. She turned out to be half Lab (with a Lab body and personality).
After years of emotional pain, problems and unexpected expenses, I wasn’t playing around anymore. I did my research. I saved my money.
My next puppy, Xila , was the granddaughter of a World Siegerin. Xila’s first litter of puppies were healthy, stunning little beauties with excellent temperaments. I entered three in the N.E. Regional Conformation Show in Boston. They came in 1st, 2nd and 3rd, ahead of 10 other pups from breeders across the northeast. It was one of my very proudest moments.
Producing outstanding German Shepherds for discerning families had been a dream of mine for many, many years.
With that first big show 20+ years ago, I knew that all my dreams would come true.
